This was done by my late friend. The anniversary of his death was recently and someone contacted me today about this. This original is about 4.5 feet tall and 3 feet wide. It is of a mutual friend of ours named Nikki G.
It is kind of hard to relive something someone so close to you went through. His name was Scott Caiati. We were friends that lived together for several years. He died too young. His art is not that prevalent on the web so I thought I would post this along with the one he did of my sister.
His technique was to take black matte paper and gently add white crayon over it. The photo-realism was amazing. I have tried it myself and have never gotten the level of his work.

Hello I dated Scott's sister Lisa in 1978. We connected on Facebook 2011. She has M.S. in nursing home in Maine. Unfortunaley, what orinal work she had of Scott & father Carl "disappered" I like to find original or pri nt and have it sent to her for christmas!
